About The Author	Johnson Faa Yan is from the town in China where Chu Hsi, the Sung Dynasty I Ching scholar, lectured and meditated. After receiving his PhD from Kent State University, Dr. Yan did post-doctoral research on computational chemistry of biopolymers at Cornell University. His current interest is, of course, the interpretation of DNA and protein sequences.
